Who We Are

ECP was designed and built by Ellavox AI, a leader in conversational AI Workers for a wide range of industries and use cases. Our founders, Rich Waidmann (Chairman), Sean Alsup (CEO) and John Osborn (CTO) previously founded and led Connectria for more than 20 years, a global leader in cloud managed services & deployments.

Connectria had more than 1,000 Enterprise customers worldwide like Anheuser-Busch InBev, Bank of America, Baxter Healthcare, Caterpillar, General Dynamics, Gulfstream, Merck, Southwest Airlines, and UPS among many others until it was sold to LightEdge and GI Partners in 2024.

After leaving Connectria, Ellavox's founders began building AI Agents and soon had nearly 1,000 Agents in production. It became clear that a different approach was needed to create and manage prompt systems to ensure consistent behavior, security, compliance and auditability - especially for Enterprise customers.

ECP was initially built for Ellavox's own use as an AI developer and service provider. We soon realized that it offered the ability to deliver Terraform-like capabilities to other AI developers and service providers like Ellavox, as well as to Enterprise customers worldwide.
